What is the typical turnaround time to dispatch?
Orders for our standard or logo gift boxes are typically dispatched the next day, and same-day dispatch is available for orders placed before 10 am. Our delivery partner Australia Post’s estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Melbourne & Sydney Metro: 1-3 Business Days
- Adelaide/Metro Queensland: 2-4 Business Days
- Regional Vic, NSW, SA, QLD: 3-7 Business Days
- WA/Other: 5-10 Business Days
For orders involving custom-branded gift boxes or unusual requests, we aim to dispatch within 3 weeks of design approval.

Certainly. You can select any delivery address within the country. Regrettably, we only offer single-address shipping through our online system. What is the difference between Ready Made vs Custom Create your own gifts?
Ready-Made Gifts: Our online collection features our ready-to-purchase, best-selling gifts. Each gift comes with volume-based discounts, applied automatically during final checkout. Is there a minimum if I want to add the custom-branded gift boxes?
Indeed, for custom-branded gift boxes, there is a minimum order quantity of 25 gifts. A dispatch lead time of 3 weeks applies to these orders.
No minimum order quantities are imposed for our standard gift boxes, which can be easily ordered online.
I received the wrong order / I made a mistake on my label?
Please email james@theneighbourscellar.com.au with your order # and any details that would help us out or call 0487 355 206.
My item has been damaged in transit? What do I do?
We do what we can to prevent this from happening but sometimes they decide to throw it off a bridge (not literally!). Please get in touch with james@theneighbourscellar.com.au, we will sort this out for you as quickly as possible and send out a replacement free of charge.
I have a discount code, where do I enter it?
Once you reach the checkout page (past your cart) you will be able to enter your discount code if you have one!

What are the minimum orders for each product?
We have no minimum order quantities for gifts with our standard or logo gift boxes.
To purchase custom-branded gift boxes, you need to order at least 25 items. To obtain a quote and discuss gift box designs, please reach out to James at 0432 940 928 or via email at james@theneighbourscellar.com.au.

Do you offer large order discounts?
Absolutely, we do! We are more than happy to offer substantial discounts for large orders.
If your order totals over $750, a 10% discount is automatically applied at checkout. For orders over $1,500, we offer a 12.5% discount, and for those grand orders exceeding $3,000, we offer a whopping 15% discount.
The best part? No coupon codes needed! Our system will apply these discounts automatically at the checkout past the cart. So go ahead, choose the best corporate gifts for your valued clients or employees, and enjoy the savings.

When is this option available?
This option is available Seven Days a Week Monday through Sunday.
When would I use this option?
If you have left it late and the delivery is in Melbourne Metro. You can use the same-day delivery when ordered before 10 am.
What times of the day is the gift box delivered?
If you place your order before 10 am, we guarantee same-day delivery of your gift box. Orders placed after 10 am will be delivered the following day. (For example, if you order at 3 pm on Wednesday, your gift box will arrive on Thursday).
We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time however will pass on any requests to our drivers; gift boxes are typically delivered between 9 am and 6 pm.
What area does this cover?
This option covers the majority of Metro Melbourne however we only have a 50km limit from our facility in Melbourne’s South East.
What else?
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes through this service. Please use our standard and express options for PO Box delivery.

If you’ve planned ahead and don't need your gift delivered by a certain date.

If you’ve remembered you need a gift for the weekend and still have a couple of days to wait for the gift box to arrive. Ideally ordering Monday or Tuesday if you need it for the weekend.
