How much does shipping cost?

Standard - $13.50 | Express - $29.50

What is your turn-around time?

All orders are dispatched next day (same-day if ordered before 10am). Once with the couriers, standard post estimates below:
Metro Melbourne & Sydney: 1-3 Business Days
Adelaide/Metro Queensland: 2-4 Business Days
Regional Vic, NSW, SA, QLD: 3-7 Business Days
WA/Other: 5-10 Business Days

Can I change my delivery address?

My gift is delayed/lost/broken?

This can happen! Please get in touch with george@theneighbourscellar.com.au, we will sort this out for you as quickly as possible!

I've left it late, how quickly can you deliver?

We do have both express couriers (aus wide) and same-day courier services (metro melb only). Express is usually 1-3 days aus wide. Same-day orders need to be ordered by midday!

I received the wrong order / I made a mistake on my label?

My item has been damaged in transit? What do I do?

We do what we can to prevent this from happening but sometimes they decide to throw it off a bridge (not literally!). Please get in touch with george@theneighbourscellar.com.au, we will sort this out for you as quickly as possible and send out a replacement free of charge.

I have a discount code, where do I enter it?

Once you reach the checkout page (past your cart) you will be able to enter your discount code if you have one!
