I spent nearly $200 for an engagement present that was never received. The customer service response was extremely poor. I’m now left chasing up the matter with consumer affairs as well as arranging another engagement present. To be avoided.

This package I ordered for my grandson's 21st birthday. The price started out to be $88 by the time I added a photo gift box, rocky road,etc. it ended up being $148. 00 a another $60. 00. I am a pensior that is a lot of money. Also it was hard to open the gift box my grandson had to tear the package away and he couldn't see the gift as advertised by the neighbours cellar. Very disappointing. Buyer beware of the cost
Quite disappointed with my product. The label seems low quality and cheaply made/printed, all the extras are extremely overpriced and just bought from other companies, and the box doesn't even fit the bottle of gin I got - the lid bulges and doesn't even close properly. Paid about 140 bucks. Would not recommend.
I purchased a personalised bottle of wine for my sisters 25th birthday and we both decided to do the same for our mums birthday! I am so glad I found your guys' website!!

You are paying for an expensive label. The alcohol was absolutely awful! I purchased the package with Whisky and beef jerky and BBQ seasoning for my brother. The whisky was absolutely shocking! Would not recommend. Purely purchasing a bottle with a very expensive photo label! Very disappointed. Label lovely. Alcohol…. shocking!
