The personalised gin bottle was deemed too cute to drink so the only logical choice is to drink it and then refill the bottle with pink water to maintain the cuteness factor

I sent my boyfriend a personalised gin from our dog (yes I am that person).
It turned out so good, came pretty quick, design looked awesome and was so super cute. I was trying to think of a cute gift idea that could get delivered as a surprise and flowers didn’t seem to cut it haha. Gin was the perfect option.

Not happy with how my complaint has been handled. Or rather not handled as owner of company is out of office (again) for a few days. Automatic email reply can not rectify mistakes. Extremely disappointed with service.

A personalised gift is always going to be special. But this was perfection. To pick the favourite wine, customise it with a favourite photo and personal quote and message was super sweet. Then add in the quality of the products, the printing, right down to the packaging. I will definitely be purchasing again. Cannot rave enough about The Neighbours Cellar.
