My order was actually muddled up & I received someone else’s order. Initially I panicked, but the team were so easy to reach through Instagram, email and phone! They apologised and sorted it out straight away. I didn’t have to do anything really. I ended up with my bottle & got the keep the one sent to me by mistake.
