I bought a personalised wine for my mum at Mother’s Day from my sister and I and I’ve now bought a personalised gin for my dad for Father’s Day as he was jealous of mum’s wine! Such a great idea, especially with the extra add-ons you can included in the gift boxes. Speaking of gift boxes… The selection of them are fantastic and look great! They’re not tacky/cheap looking things which adds an extra flair to the gift :) All-in-all, the personalised bottles are money worth spent!

I unfortunately had a bad experience with this company. I ordered a special birthday present for a friend. I love in London and she lives in Melbourne so I was very excited to find this personalized wine and gift company that could deliver to her! Sadly the present never arrived. It might have gotten delivered to another address but I'm not sure as the people at the company would not help me to resolve the issue. I was so disappointed that my friend never received her special present and Neighbours didn't help locate the delivery or try to redeliver. They claimed they were at a food and wine event so couldn't help. I'm giving 2 stars becauseI think the product is great but the service is
