late delivery

I ordered a bottle of red for mothers day and ordered within the time period which was "guaranteed" to deliver on time, However my order did not arrive until two days after mothers day

Just to clarify, your order was placed within 5 business days of Mother’s Day and standard shipping was selected at checkout. Standard shipping is listed as 2–8 business days, and as the order was going to WA from our Melbourne warehouse, WA deliveries can sit on the longer end of that timeframe, which we note across our site.

Your order arrived on the Monday, which was 6 business days from ordering, so it was still within the delivery timeframe shown at checkout. That said, we completely understand the frustration, and as a goodwill gesture, we’ve just refunded your shipping.

We’re sorry again that it missed Mother’s Day, and we appreciate you giving us a try.
