Was super surprised after ordering on a Saturday night, to receive a shipping notification on the Sunday with a tracking number. Come Wednesday, still not shipped. After emailing back and forth, it was finally shipped. So now it won’t arrive in time for when I needed it. So disappointed and upsetting, never ever ever again.

Thank you for our recent purchase gift for our girlfriends 60th birthday. We got the bottle of prosecco with a photo & message attached with a box of yummy freckles! Our girlfriend said she didn't want to open her gift because the bottle was so pretty! Thanks guys. . . a perfect idea for a special friend!

Great business idea and reasonable prices. I like the option of custom ready made drinks or straight spirits. Would be good if you didn’t have ti buy it as a gift with a a special box in case you want to buy it for yourself as memorabilia

Allow plenty of time. The product is good, but it took over a week from when I placed my order on 14 January for the gift to arrive on the 22 January. Anti-climax by then. I may be mistaken but I don't recall getting any updates as to delivery tracking.
I haven't tasted the wine yet because it's a gift but the label is fantastic and the ordering process was very easy and delivery was swift. Can definitely recommend.

Had a friend who recently got engaged interstate and I knew I wanted to gift them a custom bottle of bubbles to celebrate the occasion. A quick google search lead me to The Neighbours Cellar and my goodness I’m so glad I stumbled across these guys. The variety of products is amazing and every aspect is customisable, even the delivery box print can be chosen! I went with uploading my own design from Canva and the process was so easy and printed out perfectly on the bottle! Shipping was also incredibly quick to the Gold Coast (like 2 days quick!). Super impressed with the service and will 100% be using these guys again to help my interstate friends celebrate special occasions!
