Whole process of ordering a customised gift was fast and seemless. Staff very friendly and responsive and the end product was exactly what I had in mind.
I unfortunately had a bad experience with this company. I ordered a special birthday present for a friend. I love in London and she lives in Melbourne so I was very excited to find this personalized wine and gift company that could deliver to her! Sadly the present never arrived. It might have gotten delivered to another address but I'm not sure as the people at the company would not help me to resolve the issue. I was so disappointed that my friend never received her special present and Neighbours didn't help locate the delivery or try to redeliver. They claimed they were at a food and wine event so couldn't help. I'm giving 2 stars becauseI think the product is great but the service is
